If requested, you agree to provide a birth certificate or passport to prove your date of birth. If you are found to be playing overaged in the wrong playing group your team will forfeit each game or you will be asked to leave the competition. You recognise that if you are a Junior playing in a Senior team that you do so at your own risk. You understand that you agree to, and will abide by, the Rules, Regulations and Codes of Conduct as set down by the Rouse Hill Rams Sports Club. You give permission for the Rouse Hill Rams Touch Football Division or any representative thereof, to obtain any medical assistance deemed necessary, in the event of injury or illness during competition matches and release the Rouse Hill Rams Sports Club and Touch Football Division from all liability and responsibility for damages arising through accident, illness or injury. This right will only be invoked in the absence of the player’s parent, guardian or adult family member. You understand and accept our Insurance Policy and it’s coverage, and that any injury or incident related to playing Rams Touch Football must be reported using the incident report form and emailed to president@ramstouch.com.au within 48 hours of the injury or incident. Anyone playing under the influence of drugs or alcohol does so at their own risk, and if asked to leave the field due to being intoxicated will do so. You also understand that if you are asked to leave the field or the competition by a Rams Touch Football Division Committee member due to misconduct you will do so without malice. Refunds to credit card payments will incur a $10 service and administration charge, and payments made using an Active Kids voucher are non-refundable. By clicking below you agree to the above terms.
